Shipping policy

All items are handmade and carefully packaged before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $40. 
All other orders within the US ship for a flat fee of $6.00
For International orders Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package size.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Orders /  Customs / duties

Shipments from the US to the UK are subject to UK customs. Orders over £135 require the buyer to pay UK VAT at the border 

Custom and Handmade Items

Some handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather conditions.
