The bracelt was originally supposed to arrive a little under a week before my anniversary. When several days went by the latest arrival date and no updates in the system from USPS, I contacted Julie and asked for assistance. She had another one in the mail priority shippingthe next morning, which arrived the day before my anniversary. Fantastic craftsmanship and quality.
